Financing Your Care
In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our patients. Below you will find a list of insurance and payment options that we accept. Dental Insurance
We are currently contracted with Delta Dental. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company and track your claims on your behalf. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan.
Please note that you are responsible for all fees charged by our office, regardless of your insurance coverage. Most insurance companies respond to claims within four to six weeks, and any remaining balance after insurance processing will be your responsibility.
At this time, we only have Dr. Patel that accepts insurance plans, which are:
- Cigna Dental PPO
- Principal Dental PPO
- Connection Dental / GEHA
- UnitedHealthcare PPO
- Aetna PPO
- Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
- MetLife
Payment options:
- Cash or Check: Always accepted.
- Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or Apple Pay.
- Please note: A 3% merchant fee will be added to all credit card transactions. Payments made with debit cards or HSA/FSA cards will not incur this fee.
